We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that an order is fraudulent, contains an obvious pricing or product error, or otherwise breaches these Terms.

3. Products

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, photographs and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear slightly differently depending on your device or screen settings, and handmade or individually produced products may have small variations.

Product measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Please check the relevant product description and size guide before ordering.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

The total price of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be received before an order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

Acceptance of your order takes place when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is an error in the price or product information, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive an appropriate refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery options, estimated delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy and/or displayed during checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated times shown.

Delivery times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Returns and Refunds

Your rights to cancel an order, return products and receive refunds are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns Policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

8. Personalised and Made-to-Order Products

Some Olive & Ted products may be personalised, customised or made specifically to your requirements.

Your statutory cancellation rights may differ for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Where this applies, we will make this clear before you purchase.

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

9. Product Safety

Please use all products in accordance with any instructions or safety information supplied with them.

Pet accessories, toys and clothing should be checked regularly for signs of wear or damage and should be removed if they become damaged or unsafe.

Dogs should be appropriately supervised when using toys or accessories where supervision is recommended.

No product is indestructible.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

The content of this website, including the Olive & Ted name, branding, photographs, graphics, product designs and written content, belongs to us or is used by us with permission.
